You Would Drive Where?

We went all the way down to the Diamond Casino on a Thursday night to see Phil Vassar in concert. Yes, you heard me right. The Diamond casino is located in Sahuarita, Az- down south of Tucson! We are die-hards. But it was well worth it. We stood directly in front of the stage during the concert. It was wonderful.

Me and Aud

Phil Vassar- he's the best.

Me and Kristie

Then on Saturday our favorite band came to the Valley. Okay, well it was really down the street in the backyard of someone's house. Nathan's band, Pawn Takes King had a concert. It was awesome. The opening band was Bomber F. (I didn't take any pics of them.) But the guys played for quite awhile. And luckily for them...it didn't rain.

Allie, Nathan, me- before the concert.

Allie and I waiting for the concert.

Aaron and Allie rocking out...

Me with my favorite brother-in-law.

Kristie and I.

The parent fan base...

And now for the best part...
Meet Pawn Takes King...

Nathan- the bass player. (Allie don't look at his pants in his shoes)

Seth- the drum player.

And Landon- the guitar/harmonica/ukulele player.

Take a listen to some of their music. (I didn't get permission to post this so I hope I'm not breaking any laws- Nathan- don't sue.)

Every time. You beat me at posting every stinking time. Phil was worth the drive and bad casino food. Chris Cagle? Let's do it!
