Have you ever...???

Wondered what a Guitar Hero competition would look like at the Askins' home? Well, you are in luck. Being the picture fanatic that I am, I captured the event. Dad was a natural, while mom was continuously boo'd off of the stage. Audrey was the true surprise when she smoked everyone- earning Rock Star status quite quickly. I held my own. Being that we are not a competitive family- we cheered each other on!

Our cousins were down for the wedding and we went over to a friend's house for dinner. Afterwards we played Guitar Hero. So fun! Layne and Brooke we SUPER GOOD at this game.

Ed did pretty good himself.

Being a former "rockstar"- dad did great for a beginner!

I'm proud of my mom for trying.

Audrey kept saying that she wasn't coordinated enough to play. But then she got on and was a true "hero." haha. I guess those late-night Doctor Mario games have helped with the coordination more than she thought!

I surprised myself. I might have to purchase this!!! I chose a Pat Benatar song.

While the girls were visiting- we had a lot of fun. We goofed off before dinner at the Phillips' house.

They LOVE Nathan. But then again, who doesn't?!

One day I went with Brooke and Layne to their hotel and we went swimming at the waterpark there. It was so much fun. Glad to say that I tried ALL of the slides! Even the ones that gave severe wedgies. I'm so cool.

Thanks for hanging with me girls! (And today we found out that they are aunts again! Congratulations to Ashley who had her second baby boy early this morning! We love you Dillingham family!)
