Meet Allie and Aaron Dahl

Friday was a wonderful day. Everything turned out perfect. Except this entry. It is taking way too long to download all of the pictures so I'll put some up today and some more later. I'm really getting impatient. Thanks to everyone who made this day special. Congratulations to Allie and Aaron!

The temple ceremony was wonderful. Allie kept making silly faces. But, that's Allie.

Nate, Mom, me, dad and Audrey waiting for the happy couple. Pardon our little eyes, it was really sunny outside. (and HOT!)

Don't we look like the Hilton sisters?! haha. meet Paris and Nicki...

I bought these sunglasses for the event. (Priscilla told me not to- they are too big! But I did anyways and they are the heaviest mothers I've ever worn. Needless to say they are winter glasses!)

During their after-wedding picture shoot. Everyone has been asking where Allie found her dress. She had a friend make it and it is an Allie original. She combined several designs to create the dress. To understand you really have to be "in the mind of Lizzy Lou."

We had a wonderful luncheon afterwards. Thanks Dahl family!

Nanie with her girlies! Courtney, Aud, Nan, Al and me

Me and Cheryl

After the luncheon we had a ring ceremony at the Regency Garden. Allie had tons of bridesmaids and Audrey and I were two of them. Aren't we just a ray of sunshine?

Aaron with his groomsmen.

After the ceremony, Nanie was invited up to give some words of wisdom.

Me and the Askins' 27 dresses. Yes, Audrey is looking at the ground. Either the air conditioning vent or my flowers kept dripping on us. My money is on the vent!

Our new family- including Aaron J. In case you haven't figured it out- her colors were yellow, lime and white.

The Askins side
Courtney, John, Marsha, Audrey, dad, Al, Aaron, mom, Nan, me, Nate (yawning) Aaron, and Josh. Yes, we now have TWO Aarons in our family.

We had a unique wedding party photo shoot. They are going to be cute, but these snapshots are from that. Elyse Hall did the photography for everything. Engagement, Temple, Ring ceremony, family shots, bridal party and reception. She did an amazing job. I can't wait to see the finished product. If you would like to see some of her work, skip over to the right of my blog and click on Elyse Hall photography. It is a treat for the eyes. She's VERY talented.
